On Windows, you can use the Benchware 3D Explorer node to visualize multiple structures in 3D. This node requires a valid installation of version 2.2 of Benchware 3D Explorer to run. No analogous viewer of 3D structures currently exists under Linux in the Tripos Chemistry Extensions for KNIME package.
