Is their a turbo kit or turbo manifold for a toyota rav4?

I got a 2006 toyota rav4, I don’t know if theirs much performance parts for i, but do they have a turbo manifold or turbo kit for it. Not sure what motor I got But I know It’s a V6. It’s a fast sport suv and I can get it going 120 mph then it slowly goes up but I want it to go faster, is their any thing else i can add to it besides the turbo kit. A: That car was not built with performance in mind. Installing a turbo kit will cost you at least $5000 and will blow the motor and transmission as they were not built with having a turbocharger in mind.
