Is their a refund policy for Finished Jewelry or Crafts?
Yes, If you are not happy with your purchase of Finished Jewelry and Crafts there is a Five (5) Day Money Back Guarantee. There is a twenty five per cent (25%) restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be contacted by E-Mail, USPS or Phone within five (5) days of you receiving the Jewelry if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. The item(s) must be received back by us within fifteen (15) days of your having received the item(s) according to the delivery confirmation receipt. It is probably fastest to Email Me to get approval before mailing back merchandise. No item(s) maybe returned with out prior approval of Eclectic Earrings Beaded Jewelry. Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable. All item(s) must be returned in new condition. Bead loss, tarnish, fading or other marring is not covered under the Guarantee. If there is a problem with the item damaged from shipment, we must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment.
