Is their a lactose intolerant alternative for Mascarpone cheese?
I have used Soya cream cheese for one, for a celiac and lactose friend, also I use a pudding with vanilla soya milk and folded Cool Whip in, you can also use a package of Dream Whip and soya milk, it is necessary to add a bit of gelatin to this helps hold it and make it mouse like, you can also use some soya yougart to extend it, everything else if fine the liquor’s, ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa powder.
