Is their a general consensus about nurture vs. nature in the gay community in terms of being gay?
One thing that most gay people agree on is that sexual orientation is not consciously chosen. Beyond that, whether it is decided biologically or otherwise, there are divided opinions. And there are even people who identify as gay and say they chose that path. So, no, there is not a general consensus among the LGBT community. Like everyone else, we are individuals, and our opinions differ.
