Is the wright stuff on 5 stopping for the summer?
Yes…and not before time! It appears now that Mr. Wright are targetting punters who live on populist tabloids. He also has displayed a wee bit of BBC-stylee hypocrisy. Never did understand his contempt thrown at Jeremy Kyle…but when Jerry Springer was a guest, Mr. Wright was almost like a servant, licking Mr. Springer’s rear like it was an ice-lolly. This is the same Jerry Springer who has the same sort of programme in Chicago as Mr. Kyle has in Manchester…lower-class beings screaming and shouting (with attempts at fighting each other on the cards now and then)…with the alleged ‘NORMAL’ audience being made to act like a 17th century crowd, participating in (promised) mass conflict – obviously guided & influenced by the bouncers at the side of the stages – along with a stage-man who has a box of sounds (pigs, cows, people breaking wind etc.) – along with other methods to either get the ‘opponents’ effing and blinding, or the audience chanting.
