Is the workshop attendance form different from the attendance sheet currently used by CUT?
A. Yes. You will now need to print out and bring the Workshop Attendance Form to each workshop you attend for which you want credit towards your Certificate. You will need the facilitator of the workshop to sign this form. CTE staff will collect these forms at CUT workshops; for non-CUT workshops, you will need to deliver the signed form to the CTE Office.
