Is the Workflow Service support still removed in the November CTP update?

In listening to our customers’ needs, the preference for the Workflow Service to be based on the updated Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) capabilities being introduced in .NET Framework 4 became clear. As a result, we have removed the Workflow Service from future releases until after .NET Framework 4 ships.
