Is the work HTAV Pros performs covered or warrantied?
All of our services are covered, as a courtesy to you, by a 30 day protection against defects in our workmanship and labor. We will also replace items we provided you that are found defective with the first 10 days of installation, some restrictions apply on product replacement as set forth by certain manufacturers, not all products can be replaced by us or returned to us if found defective, contact us for full details, we can provide you with a list of these specific items. You must contact us within 10 days of the original service if an item is defective in order to receive a replacement of eligible products.
