Is the WLC Program designed for men, women, or both?
One of the biggest lies anyone can tell a woman is they need to lift weights and eat differently than men. When women lift pink dumbbells and waste their time listening to the idiots on TV, they NEVER get the results they want. I truly cannot stand when I see these 3-4 women on TV with their steps and their 3 pound weights WASTING your time. It’s a waste. When women lift heavier weights, eat MORE of the right foods, and STOP all that boring cardio… That’s when women really start to see results. The WLC Program is designed around the human body and that includes both men and women.
