The Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation (WRF) in Little Rock is an independent, private foundation that is not formally or legally affiliated with Winrock International, located in Little Rock (formerly on Petit Jean Mountain). We do share a common origin and connection to the late Governor Rockefeller and occasionally partner on issues of common concern in the state.
