The intent is to facilitate coordination of activities with those of the FRS II contractor. 2008-06-19 Section 01002-1.02.Q.A. reads in part “the Pipeline 3 Relining Contractor will require a weight capacity of approximately 32000 lbs per axle”. Portobelo Road Access crosses the existing pipelines at approximate PB Access Rd stationing 10+50 north of the north portal. It also crosses the existing pipelines again at PB Access Rd stationing 26+00 and 37+00 south of the north portal between the north portal and the inlet shaft. We assume the crossing which needs to accommodate 32000 lbs per axle for the Pipeline Relining Contractor applies only to the crossing at 10+50 and not to the crossings at 26+00 and 37+00.
