The Ion Sports Watch is 3 ATM= 99 feet Water Resistant and the Balance Bands are completely waterproof. You can go pretty deep. It is perfect for kite surfing, wind surfing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, cave diving, practically anything at all. Not recommended for deep scuba diving.
