Is the villa near Disney?
If you are going to Disney or a theme park in Orlando, it will take you the best part of 3 hours to get there. If you set out early you can visit in a day, but Orlando can be exhausting and we recommend that you stay overnight at the actual resort hotel of the park you’re visiting (as opposed to hotels in the locality of them). There are many advantages to this – you get into the Park itself an hour earlier than the general public, can have your purchases sent back to your room so you do not have to carry them around the Park, and not least of all, you don’t have to queue on International Drive to get into Disney or Universal. Stop-over motels are much cheaper if you don’t mind the congestion during peak times, and although the parks can be great fun and exhilarating, you will appreciate the tranquility of the villa all the more when you get back!
