Well, it is an important visit, as I just mentioned what an important historical personality the Vice President is and we greatly welcome this visit. We have had a number of high-level bilateral contacts with Vietnam recently. The Prime Minister visited Vietnam in January 2001. The Vietnamese President visited India in December 1999 and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam was here in September 2001, in fact he was here from September 11 to 16 2001.We have also had Parliamentary exchanges.
