I haven’t seen it so I can’t say. I expect that it is. I do know that some of the material he presents about Hai Dong Gumdo does not entirely fit with the state of the art here in Korea as I know it. There seems to be no good explanation for these differences but that seems to be the nature of the beast which is Korean martial art.
