Is the Video Conferencing system limited to one physical location in the office?
Design of a video conferencing application requires a deep discussion on just how you plan to use it. Several equipment and service configurations are available for your use; desktop services that are portable from user to user, PC-based services for dedicated individual use, equipment that is dedicated to a specific room for group participation, portable units designed for group use, static presentations or roving presenters (class room style).
