Is the VibraTrim workout fast and effective?
Yes. VibraTrim provides a resistance exercise workout that is proven to be effective in 10-minute sessions. The programs are designed to run a total of three minutes. The self-directed program will also last 10 minutes. It is highly recommended not to exceed 2 sessions or 20 minutes in any one continuous workout. Research has shown that whole body vibration builds muscle mass 1 ½ to 2 times faster than conventional weight workouts. Performing some of the exercises with movement will greatly increase the effect.
