Is the username and password case sensitive?
No and yes. The password for your dial up connection is not case sensitive, meaning you can enter the two in all lower case, uppercase or however you choose to arrange them. On the student email username and password, these ARE case sensitive. They MUST be entered in all lower case lettering. Both the dial up and student email logins do not have ANY spaces what so ever in them. As a good rule of thumb if you are unsure about entering usernames/logins of any kind or passwords, enter them in all lower case lettering.
