As always, the questionnaire is optional for EX 1 to 3. Departments can choose to develop their own tools and approach to meeting the Public Service Renewal commitment. However, departments will be expected to continue to use the tool for ADMs (EX 4s and EX 5s and equivalents) who are collectively managed.
