Is the use of a signature stamp still acceptable on the rabies vaccination certificate?
A veterinarian’s signature stamp is acceptable when used by a non-licensed person, but ONLY under DIRECT supervision by the vaccinating veterinarian. The veterinarian’s license number must be placed on the certificate. Rule 573.51(a)(7)-Rabies Control section (a)(7) Veterinary Licensing Act Section 801.
