I’ve had some issues before using standard USB cable with my old school Zen M. Unless I had the cable that came with it, it was pretty much useless. So depending on which one you have or planning to purchase, Creative doesn’t really offer any information about USB cables. Here’s a site that sells the cable for the Zen Stone http://www.shopacc.com/details.php?pID=c… and here’s a link for the one that sells it for the Mosaic. According to Creative the Zen Mosaic uses a USB 2.0 cable.
