Is the United States society becoming tolerant of socialism and communism?
The U.S. is definitely much more open to socialism and communism, in the last decade. 1960s liberalism is re-packaged marxism, brought to the U.S. by a group of Marxist academics called the Frankfurt School, who were saved from the nazis by an America that allowed them to immigrate here instead of being imprisoned and slaughtered in Germany, and they repaid that courtesy by setting up a marxist think-tank in New York, and churning out books to ideologically undermine our democracy. Ideas widely sponged up by academics at universities in the 1940s and 1950s, that expanded into the popular 1960s revolution a decade later. Their thesis is to undermine Western Democracy in Europe and the U.S. by shattering confidence in the our government, undermining our nationalism, and undermining our faith in Judao-Christian religion upon which our government and culture is founded.
