The uGenius system provides financial institutions the ability to provide their customers remote access to personal services and as such the uGenius system does not currently support any self-service ATM style functionality. However, uGenius believes that it is important to enable customer choice when it comes to facilitating remote transactions and uGenius is currently developing its version 3.0 software. Version 3.0 is being built within NCR’s next generation ATM software platform, Aptra Activate. The uGenius 3.0 software will enable both ATM and Personal Teller transactions to be conducted via certified XFS compatible hardware devices.
