Is the UFP-QAPP requirement applicable to environmental Performance-Based Contracts (PBCs)?
Yes. The UFP-QAPP requirements were developed to provide a common organizational framework and approach to systematic planning and environmental data collection and use regardless of contract type or vehicle. Most PBCs will probably include a generic QAPP to be supplemented by project- or task-specific QAPPs.
