Is the UCAP policy changing along with implementation of the Currency Recirculation Policy?
No. However, it is likely that the recirculation policy will lead to a reduction in the number of times a week that a DI makes deposits to or orders from the Federal Reserve because the DI will recirculate more currency through its customers. Local UCAP fees will still exist; there will be no national fee at this time.
