Is the tv show Heroes ending after the second season?

Basically, the writers currently get paid 4 cents for each DVD sold – an amount that was agreed upon in 1988 – and they want 8 cents. And, despite the fact that actors, directors and producers get paid for content streamed or downloaded on the internet, writers currently get paid nothing. They want a few cents of that as well. The studios have refused, therefore the strike. Production on many shows, Heroes included, has been shut down because the producers, directors and casts support the writers and refuse to cross the picket lines.
