Yes. A Trainee is covered by WCB. If a Trainee is hurt, they should first seek medical attention. They should then contact their school’s representative and inform them of the injury. The school will give them the appropriate forms. For an adult Trainee, they should receive a copy of the WCB policy and refer to it.
