TOMCAR offers some models that do meet the federal requirements for LSV street legal vehicles, this package must be ordered at the time the vehicle is purchased and cannot be retro-fitted to an existing vehicle. The LSV package states that the car meets federal safety regulations, but each state is allowed to regulate, or deny operation within their jurisdiction.
