Is the titration technique limited to acid/base reaction?
Not necessarily, although when you run a titration you have an indicator in the solution to tell you when the equivalence point has been reached. Since you use pH to determine when the reaction is complete, titrations work best for acid/base reactions, but you could use temperature as a way to tell if the reaction is complete as well.
