Is the Ticket Office@Zellerbach Hall a Ticketmaster outlet?
No. However, some of our renters choose to sell tickets through the Ticketmaster system. When this is the case, the Ticket Office@Zellerbach Hall will sell Ticketmaster tickets at the ticket office windows only (no phone sales). Please note that these tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not reprintable by the Ticket Office@Zellerbach Hall. If you have any issues regarding Ticketmaster tickets, even those purchased at the Ticket Office@Zellerbach Hall, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 415-421-TIXS or 510-625-TIXS.
