Is the ThermoShipper™ box reusable?
The ThermoShipper™ box is very strong, and in many cases could be reused many times (after re-freezing the refrigerant packs between uses). However, with each additional use the probability of damage increases. Most consumers are not trained to spot leaks and cracks which may appear over time, and for this reason, MTI strongly recommends the box be used only one time to ensure that ThermoShipper™ box capabilities are not compromised.
