Is the test confidential? Who gets the results?
Eurofins Genetic services ensures that all client information and testing are conducted with complete discretion in the strictest of confidence. All requested DNA testing kits are posted in plain envelopes and should we need to contact you, it will be done as per your preferred medium. Results can be received by post, email or via telephone, for the latter we ask that you supply a password with your samples which will be used to ensure that results are released to only the specified individual. Eurofins Genetic Services respects your right to privacy; we do not make our client information by way of email address, mailing list or phone numbers available to other organisations. As directed by Data Protection laws your information will not be passed onto anyone you have not given us authorisation to do so.
