Is The Territory Golf and Country Club a member-owned equity club and if not, who currently owns and operates the Club Facilities?
No. The Territory, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, doing business as The Territory Golf and Country Club (collectively, the “Club”) currently owns the Club Facilities and Oil City Management, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, currently operates the Club Facilities. The Club Facilities are operated and maintained as a right-to-use facility on a for-profit basis. A membership at The Territory Golf and Country Club allows the member to use certain of the Club Facilities, but does not provide the member with any ownership interest in the Club or the Club Facilities.
