A. The Child Outcomes Summary Form rating is a function of program evaluation, not individual child evaluation, and therefore it is a local decision as to whether these rating scores should be provided to the parents. Sharing the information collected from the curriculum-based assessment may provide more meaningful and useful information to families than the Child Outcomes Summary Form rating.
