Is the Tang Dynasty City in Singapore demolished already?
Tang Dynasty City, a theme park for experience life of the Tang Dynasty in AD 618- 907, which closed down in September 1999 after incurring huge losses. It is located in No. 2, Yuan Ching Road. No, The structure is still intact I heard there is an auction on its movable stuff on the 31 Oct 2000)… And that Singapore Tourist Board had takenover the site.. And tender it out to private company who had interested to venture the site… Last my advise to U… U can also get information for all this stuff in library (Try Ang Mo Kio National Library)… Get the librarian to asisst U found the data… e.g. newspapers… try to use the date I had given as above… Probably U will get more information…
