For basketball I need to get some better conditioning and was wondering if the Tabata Method was good to try…what bothers me about it is that its only 4 minutes of sprinting and rest…Now I know this takes A LOT out of you but in not sure if 4 minutes of conditioning is gonna equate to 30 minutes of intense action on the court…
