For all practical purposes it is. Four questions were changed. Six questions relating to types of fat used in cooking and eating were simplified into 3 questions. Statistical analysis showed that the scoring from these six items were not contributing useful information. In addition, the CRA had a question on family history that was deleted. The US Department of Justice recently issued a regulation that it is a violation of federal law for worksite wellness programs to ask questions relating to genetic history. In the past, the CRA asked a question on family history that was worth a few points, and we simply elected to delete the question. In our view, removing these questions does not meaningfully impact the Overall Score, because these questions are worth only a small number of points. Sustainable Health Systems spent a substantial amount of time comparing the SHQ to the CRA to assure that the SHQ accurately tracks with the CRA.
