Yes. Graduates of this program will be eligible to take the National Board on Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), based on accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHEP). The Robeson Community College Surgical Technology Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Committee-Surgical Technology (ARC-ST).
