Yes, the administration and faculty for the two programs are separate. The Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) offers a Summer Program in Quantitative Methods which provides additional opportunities for participants in SRC’s Summer Institute. ICPSR’s Summer Program offers courses in research design, statistics, data analysis, and methods of research which provide a complement to the courses on survey research methods offered by the Summer Institute.
