Is the sulphur forming facility a viable option or is it masking the real intention, sulphur storage?
When we first developed this concept, forming was a possibility, but storage was our focus. The recent increase in price makes forming a very attractive option and if we were building today we would build forming first and develop the storage option in the future. The daily rail service is a very attractive feature for export operations. Given the variability in sulphur pricing, for a true sulphur terminal it makes sense to have both forming and storage capabilities. It is very likely we will permit these activities separately.
