Yes. This year the Pepsi Refresh Project will be accepting all (yep, that’s right – all) applications until the end of each submission period. Once that’s over, we’ll have an independent third party randomly select a pool of eligible applications which will then go through the usual process of moderation, and if accepted, will move on to voting.
