Is the sponsorship fee higher for a child in an orphanage or boarding school?
Yes and no – you have the choice. Because the child has no support other than what is given at the orphanage, the cost of care is higher. This means that each child needs double the amount of sponsorship. Sponsors have the choice of either paying $25.00 a month as one of two sponsors, or paying $50.00 a month as the sole sponsor of a child.
