Is the spirit world more real and genuine than the reality of physical life?
The spiritual world is a manifestation of the physical world. Emergent properties and subjective qualia are contingent upon the interaction of matter and energy in accordance with the laws of nature. The fact that there is “something more than this world” is irrelevant. Everything that exists is the result of natural processes, even “spiritual” things. What the Bible says is meaningless. Plato came up with the Allegory of the Cave long before Christianity was around.
