Is the sound quality good enough for everyday use?
For broadband and leased line users, the sound quality should be at least as good as a mobile phone, and we have plenty of reports from users who find sound quality is actually better than their landline. Because the sound is digitised, you should usually find that sound quality is better than that provided by an old analog phone.
