Is the software protected by an escrow agreement?
Like all software companies, our technology and trade secrets is the software code that makes are applications function. To protect our software and our customers interests we have established an escrow arrangement. In the event our business ceases operations, either voluntary or involuntary, and there is not a proper successor to maintain the software and support obligations, then the software source code would be released to each customer in order to protect there interests.
