No, the program is administered by the Department of Education, Low Incidence Outreach which serves all educational programs, including MSD, who are providing services to deaf and hard of hearing children * in Michigan. It was transferred in 2002 from Michigan School for the Deaf to MSBD Low Incidence Outreach now known as MDE-LIO.
