A refund of the Shippingmasters Payment and/or Title Transfer fee will be considered if a request for refund is made prior to the buyer and/or seller sending their respective documents to Shippingmasters. Anytime Shippingmasters mails or hand delivers a document there will be a minimum transfer fee of $25.
