Is the sheet Unearthed Arcana compatible?
It is indirectly. The only actual UA entry is massive damage, which is also a standard rule from the PHB. But you have of course the space on the sheet to write down alternative rules like spell points or sanity. In my humble opinion the most interesting options in Unearthed Arcana should be handled exclusivly by the GM. As a GM myself I think it is much more fun to not let the players know in numbers how insane, honorable or tainted they are. That way the GM has much more possibilities to mess around with the players roleplay.
