The reports received about any subscribers registered vehicle will be kept confidential at your discretion, in accordance with SDIs Terms and Conditions. In addition, SDI will also keep the personal information of the subscriber confidential. Personal information and bad driving reports will not be shared with insurance companies unless you authorize their release. This information is being collected for the primary purpose of tracking behaviors and providing feedback to our clients. WHAT DOES SDI DO TO MONITOR ABUSE? SDI will attempt to keep abuse to a minimum through a variety of means, including a method to identify whether a complaint has been lodged more than once against a specific vehicle. These complaints will be set aside and the complainant blocked from future reporting.
